Refund policy
We have a 7-day replacement/exchange policy, i.e. you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement/exchange. In case the same item is not in stock you can select any item(s) of equal or more order value for the exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Replacement request will be accepted only in case the product is defective in any way.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first raising a exchange request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We recommend you to take a video while unpacking the courier package.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and some low value items (below Rs.500/-). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item. The replacement item will be immediately dispatch within 24-48 hrs.
